6 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 small potato
1 cup shredded cheddar
Spices: nutmeg, salt, pepper, onion powder, dill, thyme, sage
Butter or spray oil OR 9 inch pie crust
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Finely dice broccoli and potato.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs and add in spices:
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon sage
dash of nutmeg
Mix broccoli and potato into the bowl.
Coat a large baking pan with butter or spray oil.
Alternatively, you can pour into a pie crust for quiche, though there may be a bit left over.
Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
Lower temperature to 375 degrees and bake another 45 minutes.
