You’ve heard it a million times…kids will have more fun with a cardboard box than with the toy that came out of it, but maybe yours need a little inspiration. You probably get cardboard boxes every week if you shop online frequently. So, help your budget and the environment by encouraging your children to turn that box into something new each week. Here are ideas of what you can suggest they do with that box (with some other items from the recycling bin and craft corner to help them out). You will also be encouraging your children’s creativity.

Make a doll treehouse placed in a small indoor plant.
Cut off the front of a cereal box on the blank side of it, use a ruler to measure 9 equal sections. Leaving one of the boxes blank, draw a picture. Cut out the boxes, and mix them up in the remainder of the box. Move them around as a puzzle.
