Stroller Tips

Struggling to push a stroller and a grocery cart at the same time? Use a carabiner or other hook to attach the front of the grocery cart to the handlebars of your stroller. This way, you can just push the stroller, and the cart follows behind.

Using the front undercarriage of your stroller to lug heavy items?

Make sure the stroller doesn’t tip forward when you let go by attaching ankle weights to the back poles to balance the weight.

Do you hate that your stroller tracks mud into the house when you come back from a walk? Keep a four-set of shower caps by the door to put over the wheels before bringing it inside. You can do the same before putting the folded stroller into the trunk of your car.

If walking your baby when streets are icy is unavoidable chore, stay safe by tying zip ties around the wheels, then cutting off the leftovers (make sure the ties are facing out so that they don’t get stuck in the spokes). This way, you’ll have just a bit extra traction on those slippery sidewalks.

Bottles and snacks keep getting dropped? Make sure to tie them to the rim of the stroller so that they can be pulled right back up.
