Print this template to make a shamrock paper plate wreath.

Or just fold green construction paper into fourths to cut out four shamrocks at a time.

Fill this paper with flat tissue paper.

Use different colored chalk (you can choose green, orange, and white to represent the Irish flag), and make streaks going outward.

After finishing, remove the white shamrock to reveal the outline.
